Exotic Automation & Supply Acquires Parker Hannifin’s Troy, MI Motion and Control Distributorship
Farmington Hills, MI - January 19, 2010 - Exotic Automation & Supply announced it has decided to purchase the Motion and Control Distributorship unit from Parker Hannifin Corporation.
Exotic Automation & Supply is one of Parker Hannifin Corporation’s largest distributors of its products in the Midwest region. The company has maintained an award winning relationship with Parker Hannifin since 1972.
Exotic Automation & Supply and Parker Hannifin remain committed to working closely together with automotive manufacturers, tier one suppliers, and other OEM customers to help specify Parker motion and control solutions on a global basis.
Engineering, price agreements, and support commitments will be fully honored by Exotic Automation & Supply. The two companies are working together to ensure a smooth transition. Existing orders will be fully transitioned to Exotic Automation & Supply on January 31, 2010.
